In this article, I would like to share proven website customer relationship management methods”. There is no point of having a website and good contents if your business is not connecting with the customer at a personal level. You can use these technical methods to connect with your customers from the website, besides the traditional methods (one-to-one meeting, calling or messaging).

A finely designed website has several advantages including user experience and SEO. Besides, the website design can be optimized for customer relationship management as well. It will increase customer participation and trust in your brand.  There are 6 methods that I lists here:

The contact forms are still being used by some websites to get feedback from the visitors. Usually, the feedback will be sent through email to the website administrator.

2. Chat with WhatsApp

Some websites are using the chat with WhatsApp to connect with the website visitor.

3. Chat with Facebook

There is some website that uses the Facebook page as the medium of chatting with the visitor (see figure below). Some of the live chat use Facebook messenger.

4. Email subscription form

A website that depends on content marketing usually uses the subscription form to collect the visitor`s details and store it in the database. The form can collect subscriber’s email, age, name, address, phone number, company name and other details. Then, the automated email marketing platform such as Mailchimp can be used to send contents through email to the subscribers. According to research, email marketing is now one of the most efficient ways to close sales and get returning customers.

5. Social media
